By booking services with Fork & Flame Catering (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date.

Final payment is due prior to or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Changes to guest count or menu must be made by the agreed deadline. Late changes may result in additional charges.
Event Details

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, timing, guest count, and venue requirements.

Fork & Flame Catering is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Food & Allergies

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
Service & Liability

Fork & Flame Catering is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, power outages, or acts of nature.

Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Leftovers
-
Any leftover food may be left at the client’s discretion once service has concluded. Fork & Flame Catering is not responsible for food safety after service ends.
Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.
