By booking services with Fork & Flame Catering (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment is due prior to or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • Changes to guest count or menu must be made by the agreed deadline. Late changes may result in additional charges.

Event Details

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, timing, guest count, and venue requirements.

  • Fork & Flame Catering is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Food & Allergies

  • While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

Service & Liability

  • Fork & Flame Catering is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, power outages, or acts of nature.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Leftovers

  • Any leftover food may be left at the client’s discretion once service has concluded. Fork & Flame Catering is not responsible for food safety after service ends.

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.
