our story

Fork & Flame was built from passion, resilience, and a deep love for bringing people together through food. My name is Mary Ann Stevens — entrepreneur, wife, mother, and proud co-owner of Fork & Flame. For more than 20 years, I’ve owned and operated a successful tax and accounting firm. Business has always been a part of who I am. Life has a way of reminding us what truly lights us up. After the past couple of years brought change and challenges, it became clear that it was time to follow my heart — the one that has always belonged to hospitality, entertainment, and delicious food. With the unwavering support of my family, Fork & Flame was born. What started as a food truck quickly grew into something more. Today, we’re expanding into full-service catering — from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. Fork & Flame is a true family partnership between myself and my two daughters. Summer, my oldest, is a Registered Nurse who realized her calling wasn’t in witnessing hardship every day, but in creating joy, comfort, and connection. Jaylee, my youngest, has worked right alongside me in our tax office and has embraced this new adventure with creativity and drive. I became a mother at 17, so I learned early how to work hard, dream big, and never stop growing. Being able to build this business beside my daughters is one of the greatest blessings of my life. Together, we are committed to excellence, continued learning, and serving our community with heart. At Fork & Flame, we believe food should tell a story, spark joy, and bring people together around a shared table — one bite, one laugh, one celebration at a time.
